Personal data we may collect about you

Your personal details, such as your name, address, telephone number and email address will be collected by us whenever an enquiry for any of our developments is received.

These details will be obtained when you register with us, request further information about our developments, request a viewing & any general enquiries regarding any aspects of our business, via any of our online forms.

Further details may also be collected during face-to-face appointments or other forms of communications.

At the point of reservation further details may also be requested such as copies of identification documents and proof of address documents, details of financial circumstances as well as details of third parties used to purchase a property, e.g. appointed solicitors, mortgage broker/lender and estate agent.

Please note that some of our sales members may also make a note of information that comes up in general conversation with you, to personalise your purchase experience, e.g. number of children, pets, connections to local area etc…

How we may use your personal data

The most common purposes for which we will use your information are:

General communication

We will use your information to communicate with you and provide you with the details of properties that you have requested, respond to any queries you may have and better to understand your property search requirements.

We will also use the details provided, as well as your direct marketing preferences, to keep you informed of other properties or developments that we believe could be of interest to you.

Direct Marketing

Where you have expressly given us consent or where we are otherwise legally permitted to do so, we may send you information about new property developments and or services which may be of interest to you. 

You will reserve the right to unsubscribe to any future marketing material as any time by using the ‘unsubscribe’ links at the bottom of all our marketing emails. Alternatively, you can also inform any member of our sales team.

To enable the sales process and beyond

 At the point of reservation, and prior to exchange of contracts, additional personal information may be required to enable our team to complete the reservation agreement and enable the transaction to proceed.

This will include sharing your details with our solicitors, the warranty provider, managing agents and utility providers.

Other purposes

We are also legally bound to process certain personal information, prior to any payments being received from you, for anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and financial sanctions checks in order to verify your identity and home address, and to carry out a risk assessment to comply with our policies and processes for anti-money laundering and terrorist financing checks.

Disclosure of your personal data

Occasionally it may be necessary to share customer details with third parties to enable a request or the property transaction to proceed in a satisfactory manner. Third parties may include:

We will use technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data. Access to our database and servers is only possible within our office IT network and all access points are password protected.

Whilst we will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal data, you acknowledge that the use of the internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal data which are transferred from you or to you via the internet.

Retention of personal details

Your personal information will be deleted when it is no longer reasonably required for the relevant purposes.

Where you have purchased a property from us, we are legally bound to retain personal data for 7 years from date of purchase and be used for the performance of ongoing contractual and legal obligations which will have been entered into and to exercise and defend legal claims.

You have the right to request access to personal data which we may process about you.

If you wish to exercise this right, you should:
