You can choose one incentive or combine multiple options up to an agreed value.
Here are some options and ideas for how your incentive could be used:
Discount on Sale Price
Use the Helping Hand incentive as a direct reduction on the asking price.
For example:
If a property is marketed at £600,000 with a £20,000 Helping Hand incentive, we could agree a final purchase price of £580,000.
Alternatively, you may choose to split the £20,000 across a range of support options listed in this section.
Stamp Duty Contributions
Stamp Duty Land Tax is an important cost to consider when budgeting for your new home.
The amount payable depends on the purchase price and your buying position. For example:
- If you’re a first-time buyer or not.

Our homes include fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom as standard, and your incentive can be used to add fitted wardrobes to additional bedrooms through our trusted suppliers.
